POLICIES

LATE POLICY

If you do not arrive within 10 minutes from your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.  You will have to rebook online after paying a fee, which is 50% of the scheduled service.  You will not receive services until this fee is paid. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee, which is 50% of the scheduled service.  You will not receive services until this fee is paid.

NO SHOW/NO CALL POLICY

If you do not call/text and no show your appointment will be cancelled.  You will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.  You will not receive services until this fee is paid.  After the second occurrence you will no longer receive any services at Desert Dawn Esthetics.

CHILD POLICY

We ask that you visit our salon without children unless the child has an appointment. Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child.  We do not have a designated area for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive a service.
